Hi,
typhoid is temporary Illness,it can be very cured with antibiotics like cefixime or ceftriaxone.
Now for blood pressure very good medicine are available like telmisartan 40 mg oncea day, amlodipine etc, which you can get it prescribed from any doctor.
Consume low salt diet and regular exercises which will help to reduce bp.
Also get sugar, lipid profile test. monitor blood pressure frequently three times a day for a week then once or twice a week once controlled.
Nose bleed may be due to high blood pressure or frequent nose fingering. Also you need ent examination for ruling out other problems.
if you have questions you may ask.
