General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unofortunately, this is serious conditions and such large tumors cant be treated surgically or with liver transolantation. Only chemotherapy is advisable but it has limited success and it may just slow the progression for few weeks with no other benefits. Unfortunatly, the diseases is incurable and ustoppable. She may have stent placed in bile duct to improve bile drainage as a pallative care...
Wish you good health. Kindly regards
