Suggest Treatment For Tremors In The Hand

my hubands right hand has non stop tremors, has been this way for over 8 years. does not shake when he sleeps. it has not spread or gotten any worse. Is it some sort of palsy? We do not think it is Parkinsons since it has been many years and it is localized to just his right hand.
