My wife is taking hifenac P for the last 3/4-days for tooth related problems. First day the pain subsided for almost 8 hrs. But gradually the effects are wearing off & now she is taking around 5-tabs in 24-hrs. I find her sleepy / weak. She has also started taking Xceft200 2cap/day since yesterday. But pains arestill continuing & the reason why she has to continue taking hifenacP. She is getting weak. What should I do.

HI
Well come to HCM
Most of the time tooth ache does not responds to analgesic and this need to be managed it self with the teeth some local anesthetic agent some time is the option for this, still you can try Tab Acetaminophen and Aceclofenac three times in day, if symptoms does not improved then see the dentist, take care.

Had extreme tooth pain and was taking a lot of ibuprofen. Was under a lot of stress as I was traveling out of country when it happened. A significant amount of red blood was in my urine one time and then it was clear the next time urinating and has not happened again. Should I see a doctor.

I am a 45 year old male. I recently had a tooth pulled and a bridge fitted. One of the teeth that the bridge is on has been hurting since the other tooth was removed. I went back to the dentist and the x-rays showed no issues. What could be causing the pain? What are my options, I cannot afford another bridge.

I have constant pressure inside of my inner ear, caused from what I believe is a fluid build up. If it starts to drain I get a nasty sickly sweet taste in my mouth. However, it never fully drains, not even close. I have gone through a cycle of amoxicillin and a z-pack and the symptoms have not gone away. It has been 3 months now since it began. Also, all four of my wisdom teeth have broken the surface. This happened years ago, but none of them have fully come in. I have a feeling that they are impacted to some degree, but they cause me no pain at all. Could my recurring ear problem be related to my wisdom teeth? Both the teeth and ear have no pain. Also, the gland right behind the earlobe on the affected ear is swollen and fairly hard during the peak of the ear congestion.

I had ringing in my right ear last night. I woke up this morning and I can t hear from my right ear. My physician friend looked this am and said I had a retracted tympanic membrane. I tried nasosynephrine spray and lying on my right side to see if it would drain in my eustachian tube but I got no relief. He called in some high dose steroids and an antiviral and said I should get an MRI and see an ENT. What do you think?
