As a general rule I would advise you the following: - First of all, consult an oncologist doctor for proper evaluation, staging, general check up and fitness for treatment by doing routine tests of blood, urine, X-ray Chest and ultrasound of abdomen to be supplemented by CT scan and PET - Next step is to have staging of the disease - Decide whether the cancer is operable or to be treated medically first - Once decided try to get the management started as soon as possible - Complete the therapy till the doctor s advice - Have good diet, proteins, maintain good hemoglobin Take care.
