Suggest Treatment For Toe Sprain

I hit and injured both of my Great Toes a couple of months ago. Saw a doctor, and was diagnosed as a sprained toe. Now I am having problems when I walk and stand. My job demands that I m on my feet for more than six hours a day, but I m in great pain. I have a history of peripheral neuropathy

I really appreciate your concern, such injury needs x-ray study to ruled out the fracture part if it is not there then it could be soft tissue injures old condition of peripheral neuropathy has nothing to take anything hope this information helps.
