Suggest Treatment For Toe Nail Pain And Discoloration

my toe nail (left foot) is paining.it has been partially black for quite sometime.i may have banged it against something.past few weeks i am training to run for half marathon.yesterday i ran 14kms.today the toenail area is paining.my feet usually swell in the evening.can you suggest what i should do?

Nail injuries are always very painful, due to rich nerve supply getting injured.giv cold compression, and elevate the limb while resting.it eill help
