Suggest treatment for tiredness

Hello doctor. Im a 23 year old male. I am wondering why am I always feeling tired. I do have trouble trying to sleep at night which results in sleeping at 3 to 4 AM in the morning. But some people out there sleep at this hour too yet still energetic after getting enough sleep. Im sleeping at this hour then wakes up around 11AM to 12 PM. That s around 6 to 7 hours of sleep and yet I feel so weak most of the times.

Tiredness after sleeping for sufficient 7-8 hours can be due to some other cause. I suggest you get complete hemogram and peripheral blood smear done to look for hemoglobin levels. A low a hemoglobin level can lead to anemia and thus tiredness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
