Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

I have constant noise in my ears and now I have pounding like a hammer in my right ear and they also itch a lot. Is this symptoms of pulsatile tinnitus. If so, is there any treatment for this condition. It is driving me crazy and it is hard to go to sleep at night with all this noise in my ears.

Hello,

It may be due to several causes.

For further assessment you may require audiometry, detailed ear examination by ENT consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Till then you can take tablet betahistine.

Avoid loud noise.

Avoid sudden head movement

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
