Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Sinusitis

I have horrible tinnitus for over 2 years now, chronic sinusitis and allergies. My tinnitus is unbearable before a rainstorm but once it rains there is practically no symptoms. Could my eustachian tubes be infected or blocked something has to be causing this horrible tinnitus with patterns associated to the barometric pressure.
