Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus Along With Mild Hearing Loss

Symptoms: Unilateral aural fullness, tinnitus and mild hearing loss left ear 5 weeks. One episode of severe nausea (while on amoxicillin as Rx by MD) during this period. Steriods, antibiotics, nasal spray did not improve ear complaints. No complaints of nasal stuffiness, congestion, etc. but has what feels like sinus pressure/pain on left cheekbone area. Diagnostic tests: Audiogram revealed minor hearing loss in left ear as compared to the right, but still within normal limits (20) and was more apparent at low frequencies. VNG/ENG results normal. ENT said ear appears normal and no apparent fluid. PMH: 42 year old female; past surgery mulitilevel cervical spine fusion C5-C7 2 years ago. Only medication taken is Ramipril (Altace for mild hypertension) 5mg 1x/day. Otherwise healthy/no other conditions/no other significant PMH. Question: What is the likelihood this would represent a serious condition, and could it be related to prior neck surgery?
