Hello,

Tingling sensation in left arm could be due to compression on the arm while sleeping. Removal of compression will relieve the tingling sensation. Itching could be due to dry skin or primary skin lesion.

For pain in the right mid back, you can get an ultrasound of the lesion. For tiredness, you may get a complete blood count to check haemoglobin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
