Hi I AM A 39 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND SINCE LAST OCTOBER HAVE HAD AN ARRAY OF DIFFERENT SYMPTOMS ALL STARTED WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A HEART ATTACK WENT TO ER AND WAS ANXIETY ATTACK ONLY HAVE ONE ONCE IN A WHILE NOW HAVE NUMBING IN FINGERS TINGLING DOWN LEFT LEG BUT REALLY WORRIED ABOUT ACHE IN LEFT CHEST AND RIBS SEEN CARDIO DR IN APRIL FINE THERE WHEN IT BAD IT ALL TENDER TO TOUCH AND THEN SOMETIMES JUST STINGING RIBS OR FEELS SWOLLEN BEEN GOING ON LONG TIME WISH HAD ANSWERS WOULD HELP EASE THE WORRY THANKS

Brief..diagnosis is anxiety and stress and easophageal reflux Detail..As you have been evaluated for heart attack and other causes too,so most probably it is easophageal reflux disease. This condition can cause heaviness and pain in chest ( epigastric area). To evaluate tingling and numbness in limbs you shoud get checked blood sugar level,MRI spine,and Vitamin B12 level and discuss further with doctor .For easophageal reflux there is test called 24 hr PH monitring test. Avoid spicy and fried things and have plenty of water and follow healthy lifestyle. Surely my answer will be helpfull. Dr.Maheshwari
