General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
The tingling sensation in hands & legs you have seems to be secondary to nerve root compression at lumber & probably cervical level. Please get Xray of cervical spine done to confirm the site.
Drugs given are only for symptomatic relief.
-The true treatment lies in physiotherapy.. so as to balancing spinal malformation by muscular development & postural changes of the patient. So physiotherapy is a must.
- In patients with no relief, spinal surgery is done to alleviate the symptoms.
Thanks.
