Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Thigh And Numbness In Arm

ok I have had tightness in my thighs since July 16 2014 it comes with numbness and tightness in left upper arm Cardiologist said heart ok looked at a nuculear stress test normal leg study normal today at ct angiogram was normal also any suggestions

Welcome to healthcare magic.
After going through your query in my opinion it is some disease which effect brain as both left upper limb and lower limb is effected.One should rule out mild stroke due to thrombosis of cerebral vessels. Please let me know whether you have weakness of both left limbs along with tightness. I will suggest you to get MRI of brain done to rule out it .
