i have a 4 year old boy with spastic cerebral palsy, hes super tight in his hamstrings, nothing is helping him it seems. weve done castings, ground reaction afos and other slpints etc. his knees are inwards and it seems like his hips are starting to do the same. i do not know what to do or where to go....
