Suggest Treatment For Thyrotoxicosis,constipation And Obesity

Gud morng sir myself varsha singour I am 23yr I have thyrotoxicosis problam,constipation and obesity problam recently I hv done thyoroid test my t3value is 153ng/dl,t4 value is 11.1/dl,tsh value is8.16/micro iu/dl.and hemoglobin level is 11gm/dl.my weight is 63kg.report result is if not mo drug suggested ft3&ft4 estimation. Give me a best solutiom and reduction of weight and obesity.thnking u sir

T3 is normal.
T4 is normal.
T S H is slightly high.(normal 0.4 to 4.6umU/ml)
Hb is slightly low.(13Gm)
What is your Height ?
Are you taking any drug ?Give detail.
I advise.
-Take 2-3 liters water daily .
-Take vegetable juices.(no fruit juices),fruts.
-Take leafy vegetables,proteins.
-Cut caffeine,salt,fat carbohydrate.
-Have good sleep.
I think you are satisfied.
