I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

She has thyroid problem. It can be hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. She should go for T3, T4 and TSH level as well as ultrasound thyroid once. Then set the dosage of medicine accordingly. You can consult any endocrinologist or physician for that.
