Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Problem
Age: 32, Sex : Female, I have been diagnosed with thyriod, is it possible that Bangalore water has triggered it. I'm staying here for last 6 years and had delivered a Baby, two years back ( I had problem to conceive due to this). Now I want to get rid of this.

Iodine deficiency can be region related means if local soil deficient in iodine and if you are using unionized salt than goitre can occur
You have not mentioned your thyroid report
First for giving comment serum TSH, free t4 value needed
If hypothyroidism present which is most common than eltroxin started according to TSH level

Advise : physician consultation for examination and further work up like FNAC if needed
