Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Nodules

I have two thyroid nodules. One on my right side and the other on left close to collar bone. The tech stated they are both bigger than 1 cm, but unable to give exact measurements. My doctor prev stated an ENT maybe needed, but would an endocrinologist be better?
