Suggest Treatment For Thromboses External Hemorrhoids
Hi I am 24- male, suffering from thromboses external hemorrhoids, so I am under treatment now. Using cremagel.providac capsule and lignocaine cream. Please advice me do I need a surgery or not. Doctor saying if not got under control within 15 days have to go under surgery. Please advice more how can I cure without the surgery..and is there any excersise to shrink that external hemorrhoid?

Please avoid spicy food as it will aggrevate.
If you are a smoker kindly stop.
And when the hemorrhoids is already thrombosed better go for surgery then suffering .
Till then continue same treatment and can consider sitz bath,that is take a bowel of loop warm water in which you can sit add betadine to it and sit inside for 20- 30 mins daily thrice a day.
And also avoid straining during defecating.
Eat high fibre diet or can use syp duphalac 20 ml after dinner.
