hello doctor ,i m a proffessional trainer (engineer) who has to take classes and teach for 6 hours a day withou break. since a month i m suffering from throat promblem i.e. pain, I am afraid as if some major problem is there in my throat

I would advise you to get examined.
Also I advise you to use mike to speak so that you need not to shout.
Take sips of water every 15 minutes during the class.
Gargle with Cholorohexidine mouth wash.
