Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain After Swallowing Bay Leaf

I think I swallowed a piece of a bay leaf today in my soup at lunch (eating fast, noticed something sharp but I didn't realize what it could have been till I swallowed). I know it scratched a bit as I panicked at first, but I calmed down as I found I could eat the rest of my lunch. My throat still feels a little sore like something is there, but I don't know if it is or if it is leftover from earlier. I am worried now about what could happen. What should I do? I know I sound crazy...

This is nothing to worry because bay leaf would expel out with fecal material without any difficulty, throat discomfort could be due to little trauma and this is also no need to treat, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
