hello doctor my throat had an itchi in it and i got my friend to look at my throat and he said i had alot of red bumps on the back and my tounge is white and i am a smoker. im worried about it because its been having an ichy feeling in the back for a few days and i feel like i should swallow.

From history it seems that you might be having granular pharyngitis producing irritation and small bumps in the throat.
Do salt water or antiseptic gargles.
Avoid cold drinks, junk food.
