Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection And Swelling In The Neck

I have a infection in my throat a absence bump from an infected tooth.. I 1st went to the ER last Sunday and I thought I had Strep throat Bcuz my neck was a lil swollen and I couldn t open my mouth... So the ER gave me Azithromycin to take for a few days... Then yesterday 3days later I realized I still couldn t open my mouth... So I went to the dentist and he told me that it looks like I had a absence leakage down my throat and that was what infected my throat So he prescribed me Clindamycin 3times a day... Now that was yesterday and it just seems like it s not leaving. Am I being impatient or should I go back to the hospital?

As per your past history is concerned please complete course of antibiotics first ,do warm saline gargle three times a day .Tell the dentist to drain and clean the abscess after extracting the damaged tooth. It will cure infection permanently. You can take PANCEF 200mg 2 times a day for upto 7 days with lactobacillus capsules 3 times a day.
