Suggest Treatment For Throat Discomfort While On Zantac
My son is 18 and has been having a feeling of foam and nausea in his lower throat or esophagus. He has been taking zantac for 2 weeks and has zofran for prn use. He said it feels better when he lays down. He has No heartburn. It has been going on for over a month. It sometimes does make him vomit, but usually it is just nausea. He does not smoke or drink. He occasionally has a sprite to drink. Mostly drinks water and green Gatorade. He does eat a lot of tomato based food such as pizza (college kid) His medications are clonidine and melatonin for sleep. And has been taking DayQuil. Wondering what this is, it is very frustrating for him to feel sick often.
