hello
welcome to healthcare
i am sorry to hear condition. but that should not make us pessimist. be an optimist, you will defitely be ok
neural injuries take time to heal as nerves grow and repair very slowly. Cant tell you exactly when, but you will improve with time.
take multivitamins. keep your neck in a stable condition. visit physiotherapist regularly.
Take it as a part of life, as a part of learning
best of luck
