Hello and welcome to HCM,
The CT scan of pelvis reveals a normal sized left kidney.
No stones are identified in left kidney.
There is compensatory enlargement of left kidney due to surgical excision of right kidney.
There is no abnormality in left kidney so no treatment is required.
There is presence of mild calcification in one of the pelvic veins (phlebolith).
Calcification in pelvic bones can be found in the pelvic veins and is of no consequence so no treatment of required for phlebolith.

Thanks and take care
