Understanding your concern. As per your query you have thin arms and legs . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cushing's syndrome , disuse atrophy , carpel tunnel syndrome , motor neuron disease , arthritis , drug use , malnutrition , cirrhosis , rheumatoid arthritis or anorexia nervosa . I would suggest you to consult endocrinologist to rule out cushing's syndrome . Cushing syndrome occurs when your body is exposed to high levels of the hormone cortisol for a long time. Doctor may order urine , blood and saliva test along with imaging test . Doctor may recommend radiotherapy , surgery for correction or medication like metyrapone .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
