Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

Presence of bulky uterus in a 30-year young female with irregular periods and normal echotexture can be treated with medications provided there is no more abnormality.

In case there is a change in echotexture or if fails to respond with medications surgical intervention is the treatment of choice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar, Psychiatrist
