hai doctor, for a patient with excessive uretrine bleeding, endometrial thickening and fibroid in ovary and uterus, for this to control the bleeding can we use novex, estrogen receptor modulator, or better to use tranexamic acid tablet, tranostat.. which is better

You have endometrial increase thickness along with fibroid ....

Because of fibroid you have bleeding problem...

Both mentioned drug can be used for dysfunctional uterine bleed ..
But here you are having organic cause for bleed...
You can take trenexemic acid tablet ...But consult gynecologist for starting hormonal therapy like progestin therapy for bleeding.

As you are symptomatic fibroid needs to be removed....

Although removal depend on size of fibroid and on examination of patient ....
USG also done ...

Consult gynecologist for it ...
