hi my name is arlene my 3 year old son got stitch mark on his cheek he got it from falling right through our glass table its not that big but its pretty obvious what is the best way to remove stitch mark...is there a cream? bec. i think he still afraid of laser or surgery

Topical preparations like silicone sheeting as you are using and mederma are the best. Other treatments that can expedite the resolution of the red lumpy bumpy phase include treatments with the vascular laser. Home remedies include cucumber paste, Lemon juice, honey, apple onion juice (equal parts) etc. Try the topical preparations along with honey. Should see difference.
