Dear,
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Stitches are necessary after accidents if your skin cannot heal on its own after injury or surgical procedures. Topical preparations like silicone sheeting as you are using and mederma are the best. Other treatments that can expedite the resolution of the red lumpy bumpy phase include treatments with the vascular laser. Home remedies include cucumber paste, Lemon juice, honey, apple onion juice (equal parts) etc. Try the topical preparations along with honey. Should see difference.

Hope this answers your query. Further clarifications are welcome.
Good luck. Take care.
