Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I will be able to comment better if you can send me the sonogram report. Anyway, dysmenorrhea or painful menstruation has several causes, the commonest being no specific reason. Endometriosis, fibroids etc., are seen in the older age group. Management is based on the cause. Simple NSAIDs, hormones to prevent ovulation, treatment of the specific cause and other nonconventional remedies like diet and acupuncture form part of the treatment. Yoga and meditation also can help. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
