Suggest Treatment For The Headache And Nasal Congestion

I have been waking up with a head ache in the mornings, blocked nose and my eyes feel heavy also have started flossing my gums and I go to bed with my gums in pain and palpitation in my mouth. My cheek bones hurt and my I pressed on one part of my gum where I have had a root canal on a small amount of white stuff came out. I think I need anti biotic

Noted your history of waking up with headache, blocked nose and heavy eyes.
you are doing flossing of the gums causing pain. A small amount of white stuff on pressure on the gums.
All these symptoms indicate that you need to consult a Doctor again for clinical evaluation, addition of an antibiotic and nasal decongestants in the for of oral tablets and nasal drops and an anti-inflammatory medicines.
You have to continue till you get a cure of all the problems.
If there is no complete relief in 5 days, you need further investigations and proper treatment.
