Suggest Treatment For The Elevated SGPT And SOWT Values

Hi,
Please suggest.USG done for upper abdomain.Report stated as "Liver is normal in size,shape, outline and position.Gross generalsied increase in paranchymal echogenicity is seen with partial obscuration of the right dome diaphragm. no focal SOL is seen.Intrahepatic biliary radicles are not dilated."
SGPT 156 SOWT is also high.

Please let me know the condition.What should be the precaution?Please convey the message if I am not sending to the concern person for this type of issue.I will wait for your reply.Please get back to me ASAP.

Depending on your other medical history only something can be told. It may be alcoholic liver disease or fatty infiltration, if you are obese. Consult some physician.
