Suggest Treatment For The Damage In The ACL And Meniscus

I just got an MRI, but I don't really understand all the stuff it says. I'm 21 in the Army, been in since I was 18. Knee started hurting about 2 years ago. Went to physical therapy for about 6 months, but it didn't help, and they just now did an MRI. It says I have a cyst, PCL grossly intact, some damage to ACL and meniscus (it goes into a lot more detail on the paper).

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to given history here I could say that if the this damage of knee meniscus then the treatment is depends upon the severity of damage if this is minimal and does not have any clinical out come then no need to do any thing conservative treatment alone would give good results, take care and have a nice day.
