OBGYN 's  Response
Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms can be due to local infection. Usually, vulval area is warna and moist, and near to urine and stool outlets. So it is more prone for infection.

Please observe good hygiene. Keep private parts clean and dry.
Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.

If needed please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Azithromycin and Fluconazole and Ornidazole combination kit.
Local application of ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid agents will be of help.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgaonkar.
