Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having hypertrophic scar in the ear lobe.
My treatment advice -
1. Don't worry, it is not a cancer.
2. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia or intralesional steroid given by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
