Suggest Treatment For Thalamic Bleed

I'm 50 years of age, 5'5" , 174 lbs. and my medical history was acute thalamic bleed. left, hypertensive cardiovascular disease. As of now, i'm stay at house for my recovery (mild stroke was happend last June 27, 2011). Please kindly answer my query to avoid second attack.

Because you are hypertensive keep it under control. Get regular BP check up .Stick to DASH diet details of which is available online.
