Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain And Hard Epididymis
rock hard testical with hardness of epididymis with pain in .its running all problem for about seven years .my latest urine and ultrasound reports are here details urine rm is sugar or puss cell nill and colour (coag+ve)and urine culture staph 105org end off nill or my cs reports is all reports are indicated by english elphabet s .named like that penncilin or zenflox. and my ultrasound reports like sausage shaped epiddiymis and 3.4*2.35cm right side and other left side is 2.4*1.6cm no fluid in tunica veginals.epididymis refer case 2mm end of the reports its says.

You have hard testes with hard epididymis.
Urine Analysis is indicative of Chronic UTI .
With all this Right Epididymitis is more possibility than Varicocele.
Treatment-
Consult Urologist.
Tab Ciplox 2 per day x 2-4 weeks.
Tab NSAIDs x 2 per day x 1 week.
Tab Cymoral forte- x 2 per day x 2 weeks.
REchecks with Urine analysis and C/S reports till it gets cured.
