Suggest Treatment For Testicular Lump And Pain

Im 40 years old and 10 days back i ve noticed a lump at the bottom of my right testicle. It has grown the size of a big pea. Testicle swelling is present, pain in the right side abodmen, testicle heavinesss. Is it cancer? How dangerous is testicular cancer? What shoud I do now?

OR is it the epididymitis.

Thanks for query .
Pain and swelling in the testicle does not necessarily mean that it is a cancer .

It could be due to infection of either Epididymis or Testis itself .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum.

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
