Suggest Treatment For Testicular Itching

Severe testicle itching.....no rash or signs of...just came off high doses of Steriods, and several other meds....had signs of churg-strauss and tested one time p-anca +....taking asthma spray which have to rinse mouth out after each spray...directions say could get

yeast infections..no creams seam to have any affect......

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have completed a course of high dose of steroids.
The scrotal skin responds in such a way that it becomes thin, secretes more secretions, one tends to itch and the tendency continues.
I would advise you the following:
First of all stop all the local applications to the skin of the scrotum.
Clean the area with plain water 2 to 4 times a day.
Apply liquid Povidone Iodine if there is evidence of any infection.
Keeping the area ventilated is very important.

Consult a Dermatologist to have a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Do not try anything at home.
