Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

pls doc, i am 31 years of age married for two yrs now but no issue though my wife had miscarriage last yr. my height is 1.7m my weight is 80kg. I have a problem of pains sometimes in my testis although mild and is only from time to time but am afraid it may lead to something serious. What can i do pls.

Hi;greetings from Hcm.It is not serious.It can either be a varicocoele which is dialatation of testicular veins resulting in dragging pain in testis and sometime decrease the sperm count.It can also be due to minor torsion of appendage of testis.rarely ep.you epididymoorchitis may also produce testicular pain .you better consult a urologist and doppler ultrasound of testis to diagnose the problem
