Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

Hi, I have a rather embarrasing problem that I don't wish to discuss with my gp or with anyone that I know, It has been going on for a while & I'm confused as to what it could be as there isn't much information online about this. I am 25 years old & for some reason whenever myself or my girlfriend touches the end of my penis I get quite a nasty pain in my testicles. I can't see what could cause this as I have found nothing relating to this problem. Please help, Thanks.

Thanks for your query and faith in us that you shared your problem on this platform.
The pain in the testicles on touching the tip of the penis is a over-reaction of a natural process.
Do not worry about it.
This occurs due to over-stimulation of the Dartos muscle covering the scrotum, the cremaster muscles of the abdominal wall going into the scrotum to support the testes. They are contracted and the hormonal changes in you cause congestion in the testes.
Try to masturbate and have sex, you may get relieved.
