Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain With A Nerve Damage
My husband had a testicle surgically removed after a soccer incident 20 years ago. Now he has extreme pain whenever he has an erection. His doctor told him he has nerve damage from the surgery and that the only solution is to not have sex and to control urges. What can be done about this?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Read and understood your history and concerns. Noted that your husband had a testicle surgically removed after a soccer incident 20 years ago. What can be done about this?
Your mentioning details about the pain would have helped me. There is no particular reason or relationship of removing the testicle has to do with pain at erection. This surely is a nerve issue and needs clinical evaluation and examination by an Urologist and Neurologist to find the exact cause of the pain at erection alone. No sex is not a solution. He can take the nerve sedatives to lessen the pain.
