Understand your concern
Black peeper and papaya does not cause successful abortion. You have to take gynecologist advise and use gynecologist prescribes abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days.
Dose and schedule of abortion pill:
Day 1: tablet mifepristone 600 mg after meal
Day 3: tablet misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist. If needed 400 ug vaginally/buccally after 4 hour.
Day 14: USG for confirmation of incomplete abortion.

Do not use this tablet at home without guidance as it cause excessive bleeding, failure of abortion, molar pregnancy those can not control at home.
Post abortion advice:consult the doctor if bleeding after 7 days, rest for 24-48 hour, maintain pelvic hygiene and check for foul smelling and discharge to prevent infections, analgesics.
