Suggest Treatment For Termination Of Pregnancy
sir i had a pregnancy approx 7 weeks ...i took mifepristone bleeding occured on 3rd day i took preg colour test found negetive,so i didnt took misoprostol but seven days later i again took pregnency strip test at home and found it positive ..i want to abort what should i do..??

Understand your concern
Never take abortion pill (prescription is required) as self medication as you taken. It should always taken under expert observation of qualified doctor after USG (to confirm intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy). 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally/orally after 24 hour is standard treatment.
Mifepristone alone does not cause successful abortion as it cause just detachment of conception product from uterus wall.
First time UPT gave false negative result as UPT become negative 7-10 days after abortion. and second UPT positive suggests incomplete abortion.
You should consult the gynecologist and get the USG scan done for confirmation of intrauterine product. It can be treated by either misoprostol or surgical process like Evacuation/ D& C.
