Suggest Treatment For Tension Headache And Arthritis In Neck
I have what is diagnosed as tension headaches and my neck feels like it wants to crack but wont. It s gotten pretty bad. I have been told I have quite a bit of arthritis in my neck as well. Have had MRI s and neurosurgeon said surgery is not needed. Do you think going to a chiropractor would help or make it worse?

my advise to have proper sleep, avoid any stress and eye testing for refrective error.
medicine for tension headaches Tab mnil plus ( propanolol 40 mg+ Flunarizine 10 mg) once a day during bed time 15 days.
medicine for arthritis Tab Rejoint twice a day + Tab Etoricoxib twice a day 10 days.
