Suggest Treatment For Tear In Right Knee ACL

Hi am saravana aged 23yrs.Unfortunately I fall down 10 days before,my right knee ACL was completely torn by MRI scan report,doctor told me that to take Anthroscopic ACL reconstruction surgery .But i can able walk very slowly with knee-cap , not much swelling.Little bit of pain after long walk(20-30min).May i go for Ayurveda treatment or Anthroscopic surgery.Am an employee.How long it will take for both treatments.

Hi, Welcome to health care magic. My opinion is that please have an arthroscopic repair of acl. It will take a month rest after surgery and after it light duties can be performed. It is asurgical problem so please consult an orthopaedician. Hope your query is answered. Welcome for further queries.
