Hi, I m a 26 yr old female with systemic lupus. My spleen is enlarged apparently, though I don t seem to have any symptoms apart from feeling full quickly, and my glands are swollen in my neck. I m also tired a lot, but this is potentially due to lupus generally, and real life things, as well as often having abdominal and pelvic pain. I also get dizzy a lot. I m not sure about telling the doctor everything because I m sure she ll think I m just trying to answer everything with one problem, but I do not know what of the above can be linked and if so what I should be pushing for. Could you help? Thanks!
